Production area: Tuscany

Olive variety: Moraiolo, Frantoio, Lazzero, Leccino

Harvest period: from 20 October to 10/15 November

Extraction method: The olives are stored for a maximum of 4 hours and pressed on the same day in our in-house mill. a MORI-TEM 2-stage mill without the use of water allows all the substances in the oil to be preserved intact.
